

Late post, in honor of Public Domain Day, Red Salmon Arts highlights (a day late), the pathbreaking novel, “Los de abajo” por Mariano Azuela.
“Los de abajo” provides insight into the Revolution of 1910/Mexican Revolution through the eyes of the most subaltern, namely, campesinos/peasants, indígenas/indigenous peoples, bandid@/x/bandits, desposeídos/dispossessed, and mujeres/women.
